All motors go through a 4 page inspection report including a series of electrical testing, bearing fits, mechanical fits, replace missing or broken parts, and part cleaning. Then its prepared for the clean and bake process
Motor is then baked, and put through a five stage electrical test on a annually calibrated SKF® AWA Motor Analyzer
A core loss test will be done if needed before and after testing.
Once the motor passes the AWA testing, it is ready to be assembled and painted, then gets final approval from our shop manager, and is ready to be shipped out
